  • Try to keep your outdoor activities to morning or late afternoon -avoid being outside during the hottest times, such as 12-3pm.
  • Wear light coloured, loose fitting clothing.
  • Stay in air-conditioned areas whenever possible – shopping malls, cafes and restaurants.
